Ashley Huber
Ashley Huber is a versatile performer and voice teacher based in Long Island, NY, who infuses her work with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine love of storytelling. She has performed at theatres and venues across the East Coast and recently made her Off-Broadway debut as a swing in Wesley The Musical at The Theater Center. Past credits include: Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (Ensemble), Die Fledermaus (Adele/Ida), and La Traviata (Annina).
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and Music Education from the Peabody Conservatory of The Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing her Master of Music in Vocal Performance: Music Theatre, along with an Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy, at New York University. Always excited to learn, explore, and push her craft forward, she thrives on the energy of collaboration and new creative challenges.
Outside the theatre world, Ashley is a lead vocalist with the DC-based band Strutman Lane. The band has grown a devoted following with over 71,000 monthly listeners, 16k Instagram followers, and more than a million streams on their latest EP. They’ve taken the stage at major venues including the 9:30 Club, Mercury Lounge, and The Middle East.
In addition to performing, Ashley is a dedicated educator. She serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Voice at New York University and owns a private voice studio, where she loves helping singers develop confidence, technique, and their own artistic voice.
